Today you see Elsie and Her Easter Bonnet “with all the frills upon it”! She has won the first prize in her town’s Spring Festival contest for two years in a row, now! Elsie says she could never have done it without the help of her husband, Elmer, and their six grandchildren! Right now, she is waiting patiently to board the beautifully decorated float that will carry her through town, in this year’s Easter Parade. She is proudly displaying her prize-winning bonnet while carrying her basket full of goodies! This doll was created for the Collection of the Masters by Master Doll Artist, Annie Wahl. She comes mint in her box with a Certificate of Authenticity.
