These plates were Created exclusively for Avon Products in 1994. The hand-painted plaque is crafted of Hartford porcelain, a mixture of porcelain powder and ployester resin. It bears the Avon Source of Fine Collectibles symbol, your assurance of the finest quality and craftsmanship and of the highest standard of excellence.
